Question about Survivor & failing Fissure of Woe
Simple question, if you fail the Fissure of Woe due to, say, an NPC dying will the death count toward Survivor title?
I know the whole team dies and you get the "Your party has failed" message just like when you resign, and i know resigns do not count, but i just want to be 100% sure. Please someone who can CONFIRM this answer! Thanks a bunch. |

No, NPC deaths do not cause your death. Nor does 'instant' death from things like crushers in Sorrows Furnace or the giant snowballs/fire balls in GW:EN. FoW is a rather poor place to take a character working on the Survivor title though. XP from the quests is very good, but the difficulty is much higher, and chances of death are high.

Thankfully, neither does resigning.
I nearly had a heart attack when I "died" from resigning. |

Actually FoW is a pretty good place to take a survivor. With a decent guild group (no pugs) you can roll FoW pretty easily.
3-4 full FoW clearances = Survivor 1 Fun place, and some easy cash to be had (shards etc)
